Return Policy

All sales are final.  No returns are accepted unless due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.  We DO NOT have a demo period in which you can test the item and return it.  In the unikely case of a manufacturing defect, a claim must be made within 3 days of receipt or it will not be honored.  Any returns MUST have a return authorization number (RA #) or it WILL  BE REFUSED.
